ABOUT JOAN POUTRE
I am an 8th generation Vermonter, living and working in my community. I represent both buyers and sellers, specializing in residential and land transactions throughout Vermont.
I have served on the Newport Planning Commission for 8 years, and serve on several committees within our Realtor organization. I have been involved in many fund raising and community projects. I have received the Realtor of the Year award twice, and have been recognized as a leading agent in sales.
